Sales Manager

Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving performance, managing high-performing teams, and achieving sales targets in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants.
  • Set monthly sales targets and ensure team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Liaise with developers and clients to close high-value deals.
  • Ensure team compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan and secondary market).
  • Proven leadership and sales record.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • RERA certification preferred.
  • UAE Driving License and own car.
